Certain features of the App may be available through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription or in-app product, you agree to the terms outlined in the App Store and Apple’s payment policies. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your iOS account settings.
By using the App, you agree to BeeKyn’s collection, use, and disclosure of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeKin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App. In any event, BeeKyn’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any legal disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
